Unlike my previous books, this one isn’t dedicated to recipes for canning. Instead, this book is designed to help you use up all your jams, pickles, and preserves. I created the recipes so that they work with what you already have in your pantry. Each recipe includes a short note about the types of preserves I think will work best, but the final choice is up to you.
Now, the book won’t be shipping until the beginning of April, so it’s not going to be available for Christmas.
