Friends! Good news! The Food in Jars Kitchen is now officially available for pre-order! Right now, you can pre-order copies online from Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Powell’s, and Chapters.
You can also head over to your local independent bookstore and ask them to order up copy for you, if that’s how you prefer to roll.
Unlike my previous books, this one isn’t dedicated to recipes for canning. Instead, this book is designed to help you use up all your jams, pickles, and preserves. I created the recipes so that they work with what you already have in your pantry. Each recipe includes a short note about the types of preserves I think will work best, but the final choice is up to you.
The book will officially be published on April 2, 2019, but it will probably start shipping a little before that. In late February, we will be releasing a pre-order eBook bonus that will include six additional recipes that we couldn’t squeeze into the book, so stay tuned for that!
