Unlike my previous books, this one isn’t dedicated to recipes for canning. Instead, this book is designed to help you use up all your jams, pickles, and preserves. I created the recipes so that they work with what you already have in your pantry. Each recipe includes a short note about the types of preserves I think will work best, but the final choice is up to you.
The book will officially be published on April 2, 2019, but it will probably start shipping a little before that. In late February, we will be releasing a pre-order eBook bonus that will include six additional recipes that we couldn’t squeeze into the book, so stay tuned for that!
