2021 Classes and Events
Sunday, October 10, 10-11:30 am. Morris Arboretum. Learn the basics of canning and jamming through a batch of pear vanilla jam. All participants will go home with a small jar of the jam made in class. Cost is $25 for arboretum members, $30 for non-members. Click here to sign up.

Livestream Canning Sessions
I offer monthly online canning demos via Facebook live. They are on the second Wednesday of the month at 9 pm ET/6 pm PT on my Facebook page. The next one will be on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Please join me!
Public Demos and Workshops
I am not currently able to offer public demos and workshops because of the pandemic and the fact that I have young, unvaccinated kids. Hopefully this situation will change soon. Please check back again once vaccines are available for the 2-5 year old set.
Private classes are not currently available.
