I found your site looking for ideas for pressure canning damson plums….I have too many…don’t we all? Really happy to see pickled fruit recipes. I miss spiced apple rings for Thanksgiving and will make my own now.

Damson plums are high in acid so they don’t need to be pressure canned. They do beautifully in a boiling water bath canner. You can can them in halves, the same way you would peaches or pears.
