My second cookbook, Preserving by the Pint: Quick Seasonal Canning for Small Spaces, was released on March 25, 2014. Organized by season, it focuses on super small batches of jams, jellies, pickles, chutneys and other preserves. It is perfect for small households, families who get CSA shares, and those with small backyard gardens.

No matter how much work and love goes into a cookbook, there are bound to be a few errors. It is inevitable. Such was the case with the first few printings of Food in Jars. You can find all the ones that I am aware of listed here. If you find one that’s not listed here, please let me know. Current printings of the book should be relatively error-free. As far as I know, digital editions have not been updated to correct any such errors.
