Honey Sweetened Lemon Butter
Ingredients
- 1 stick butter softened
- 1 lemon zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon minced mint
- pinch flaky salt
Instructions
- Combine butter, lemon zest, juice, honey, mint and salt.
- Using a spatula, scrape the compound butter into a small jar or container.
- Refrigerate until just set.
- Serve with warm scones or biscuits.
