Honey Sweetened Lemon Butter

Ingredients

stick butter
softened
1
lemon
zested and juiced
2
tablespoons
honey
1
tablespoon
minced mint
pinch
flaky salt
Instructions
Combine butter, lemon zest, juice, honey, mint and salt.
Using a spatula, scrape the compound butter into a small jar or container.
Refrigerate until just set.
Serve with warm scones or biscuits.
